Throughout 2015 I worked on a handbook for contract quality assurance testers. The book is compiled from policy and procedure memos sent by the QA management team, refined to unify style and tone, as well as original text composed with input from management to cover as many relevant policies and procedures as possible.
After conferring with the management team, it was decided that the tone of the handbook should be “business casual” and friendly to help ease the anxiety often felt by new contract testers.
